Anwar Rafique brings an impressive background and domain expertise with two decades of experience in banking and financial services as a value-add to the organisation. He holds a master’s degree in business and accounting and has primarily worked in Singapore throughout his corporate career. Anwar is committed to giving back to the community and is actively involved in grassroots leadership and volunteer services. He is passionate about the latest technologies, such as AR/VR, AI, and Machine Learning, and how they can be leveraged to create more efficient and affordable digital healthcare services for the community. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Anwar headed the strategy and risk team at a top-tier bank in Singapore.

Lokesh Gupta

Chief Executive officer

Lokesh Gupta is Techno Functional with 19 years of experience in consultancy, data management, financial technology, and payments. Lokesh oversees technology, solutions, product conceptualization, and the collaboration and expansion of RMA in the South East Asia Region. He has a deep specialization in data management, remittance, payments, and bespoke solutions. With a passion for creating long-term value for customers, Lokesh has executed projects for various regional banks in South East Asia.

Mr. Gangesh Kumar Jha

Gangesh Kumar Jha carries a combined 20 years of experience in supply chain technology, healthcare, and leadership. He is a dynamic problem solver and team leader with expertise in developing partnerships both internal and external. Gangesh ensures that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. His core strength is combining skills in product management and deploying design-led digital and AI technologies aimed at addressing health system efficiency. He is an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.

With over 30 years of experience in both Front Office and Back Office Operations, Chu Bee is a seasoned banker with a wealth of knowledge in areas such as Remittance, Currency Exchange, and Wholesale Bank Note. As a Product Owner, she is responsible for driving product development, compliance, enhancement, and innovation.

Farzan Siddiqui, on the other hand, is the Head of Technology, and he has extensive experience in developing customer-centric software using Lean and Agile development practices. With more than 20 years of experience in leading technology at multinationals, Farzan has a strong background in Digital solutions and scaling software development teams. He has developed his skills while working for renowned technology companies such as DXC, NTT, DELL, NESS, SOURCEBITS, and WIPRO.

Yvanka has over 23 years of clinical operations, medical affairs, health economics outcomes research (HEOR), Business Development, and Market access experience focusing on Emerging markets within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Diagnostic industries.
She is the CEO and Founder of Clinical Research Advancement, Inc. based in the US and Clinical Research Advancement Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore.
Yvanka is currently the Chief Clinical Officer for Reveles, Inc. and the Head of Clinical Alliances for Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI).
Yvanka has served as the Vice President of Operations for Diaceutics within the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa regions. Before joining Diaceutics, she was the VP of Clinical Affairs and Real World Evidence (RWE) with Kantar Health. She has also served as the VP, Head of Real World Evidence at IQVIA Singapore.
